class=\"content\"> <div class=\"text\">Promote scientific and managerial development for the better functioning of services in critical areas.<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"item-list\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"before-title\"> 04 <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"> <div class=\"text\">Become a technical advisor for regulations, expert
